Our Mini Spring Rolls offer a deliciously light and crispy exterior, with a flavourful filling that combines a variety of vegetables. They’re perfect for dipping in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or your favourite dipping sauce. These mini spring rolls are versatile and can be served as a snack, appetizer, or even as part of a larger meal. Their crispy texture and savoury filling make them a crowd-pleasing addition to any occasion.
Filling: Cabbage, carrots, water chestnuts, red peppers, onions, potatoes (potatoes, vegetable oil [canola and/or soybean and/or cottonseed and/or sunflower], dextrose, sodium phosphate), modified corn starch, salt, sugar, green beans, green onions, sesame oil, dehydrated garlic, black pepper.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Place spring rolls on a grill-safe tray or foil. Grill for about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and hot throughout.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange frozen spring rolls in a single layer on a baking sheet. For easier cleanup, you can line the sheet with parchment paper. Lightly brush or spray the rolls with cooking oil for extra crispness. Bake for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even browning. Once golden and crispy, remove from oven and serve immediately.
Heat a thin layer of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add spring rolls and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and heated through. Use a lid to trap heat and warm the center if needed.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place spring rolls in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until crisp and thoroughly heated. Serve hot.
