Grilling

Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F. Sear the steak in a hot pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Then, transfer the pan to the oven. Cook for 4–5 minutes for rare, 6–7 minutes for medium, and 9–10 minutes for well done. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches the desired doneness. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Pan Sear

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil. Sear the steak for 3–4 minutes on each side for rare, 5–6 minutes for medium, and 7–8 minutes for well done. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer to confirm doneness. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.
