Grilling

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the product for 6-7 minutes per side, flipping once, until fully cooked.

Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the product on a lightly oiled cooking sheet and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes. If thawed, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 14-16 minutes.

Pan Sear

Heat a pan over medium heat. Sear the product for 5-7 minutes per side, flipping once, until golden and cooked through.

Air Frying

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
