Pan Sear

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Pan-fry the fillet for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Ensure the fillet reaches a temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Air Frying

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the fillet in the air fryer basket, ensuring it’s not overcrowded. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily.
