Thaw frozen smoked salmon in the refrigerator overnight or under cold running water.
Set to low heat and place the salmon on foil or a cedar plank to prevent sticking. Warm for 5–8 minutes with the lid closed, checking frequently. Do not overheat, as smoked salmon is already fully cooked and just needs gentle warming.
Preheat to 275°F (135°C). Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with foil, and heat gently for about 10–15 minutes until just warmed through. Avoid high heat to preserve its tender texture.
